The Merits of Using 0 Balance Credit Cards

 

 

The idea of 0 balance transfer credit cards was introduced by online bank Egg plc. Consumers are given a 0 percent interest for a period of six months when their transfer their balance different credit cards. This feature was an instant hit, more card issuers have now began to offer similar deals. This has attracted more consumers as a result of stiff competition. With many cards offering 0 balance transfers, people have now making serial balance transfers. Many people currently move all the debt to the new card as soon as the 0 percent deal expires.

 

 

People began to switch their balances systematically to different cards. Interestingly, they ensure they move their 0 balance transfer credit cards before they are charged any interest. They completely avoid paying interest because they can apply for a new card as soon as possible. As a result, the credit industry extended millions of dollars of interest for fee credit.

 

 

People also take advantage of 0 balance transfer credit cards in different ways. Some cards allow you to transfer the balance directly to the bank account instead of transferring to another credit card.
